Litra Simms- Knight is a  Maryland native and a highly motivated professional with progressive experience in project management, human resource management, grants management, conference planning, and executive-level administrative support.  Litra’s proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work with minimal or no supervision has allowed her to prepare/present programs to groups from diverse backgrounds, comprehend complex programs, keep accurate/detailed records and reports, exercise critical human relations skills, and maintain confidentiality for her clients. She has been working in the real estate industry for over 15 years starting her career as Mortgage Processor , office manager for Colonial Atlantic Mortgage and Peridot Mortgage.

She is a full time Realtor and Residential Investment Specialist. Litra helps home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. She also have a clientele of real estate investors she works with daily by targeting real estate opportunities and advising as to after repair value  and with income return on investment. She works with investors purchasing rehab opportunities and also investors purchasing rental properties

Litra has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Strayer University with a minor in Human Resource Management. Litra also has several licenses and certifications in Maryland to include: CPR , First Aid , AED ,Notary Public, Hotel and Restaurant Management, OSHA, Crisis Intervention, Stress Management , Suicide Awareness,  Maryland Title Producer, Appraisal, and Real Estate Sales.

Litra’s primary real estate focus is assisting property investors in increasing and diversifying their portfolio of investment properties by identifying potential property acquisitions and purchasing and selling properties in their portfolio. Litra is a strong proponent for ensuring her clients first and foremost are fully knowledgeable of the home buying/selling process and educating them on the importance of being financially fit. She values the significance of maintaining strong relationships and fostering new ones in the industry.
